Cash on Delivery: Available only within Dhaka metro. On the contrary, outside the metro, pre-payment is required.
Home Delivery: Delivered to the customer's home/premises; however, it does not include delivery to flats/rooms.
Delivery Time:
Dhaka Metro: Maximum of 48 hours for stocked products, whereas 7 days for pre-orders.
Outside Metro: Transportation fees apply.
Warranty Information:
Replacement Warranty:Additionally, a 72-hour (3 days) replacement warranty is available. Replacement requests must have a valid reason. In such cases, shipping charges for replacements are the customer’s responsibility.
