7. Delivery Conditions / ডেলিভারি শর্তাবলী

  • EMI কার্ডে ৫,০০০ টাকার উপরে অর্ডারে পাওয়া যাবে।
  • Cash on Delivery শুধু ঢাকার মধ্যে প্রযোজ্য।
  • ঢাকায় স্টক পণ্যের ডেলিভারি ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে হয়, প্রি-অর্ডার ৭ দিন পর্যন্ত লাগতে পারে।

8. Warranties and Replacement / ওয়ারেন্টি ও রিপ্লেসমেন্ট

  • ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে বৈধ কারণে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট পাওয়া যাবে।
  • Customers are responsible for any shipping charges related to replacement.

9. Policy Updates / পলিসি আপডেট

  • আমরা নিয়মিত নীতিমালা আপডেট করি, বড় পরিবর্তন হলে জানানো হবে।
